About the Event

The Emily Carr String Quartet present the first concert of their “Portraits” series at Christ Church Cathedral. The program features Haydn’s String Quartet Op. 33 no.3, (The Bird), “Big Raven” by Jocelyn Morlock and “The Dreams and Prayers of Isaac the Blind” for Klezmer clarinet and string quartet by Osvaldo Golijov, The quartet will be joined by the principal clarinet of the Victoria Symphony, David Boutin-Bourque.
